Serving as circuit protection elements, Thermal Overload Relays are designed to protect asynchronous motors against overload currents in accordance with their current-time characteristics. While proper operation can be verified via the built-in test button, the option for automatic or manual fault reset also provides flexibility for the user. Manufactured with an adjustable thermal range, these relays are additionally ambient-temperature compensated.
