Relays

Sigma Industrial Relays are switching devices that control electrical circuits. The most common reason for using relays, which operate with an electromechanical system, in electrical and electronic circuits is to control both low and high currents.

Phase Voltage Relay: Voltage protection relays are protective devices that safeguard electrical systems against excessive or low voltage fluctuations in the grid. When voltage values exceed nominal levels, they automatically disconnect the system from the power supply to prevent damage to connected motors or sensitive devices. When the voltage returns to normal, it reconnects the system after a specified time to ensure operational continuity. This protects electronic devices, extends their life, and minimizes the risk of failure. Sigma Phase Voltage Relays protect electrical circuits against overvoltage, undervoltage, asymmetry, time delay, phase sequence, and phase failure, depending on the model.

Single-Function and Multi-Function Time Relays: Designed to manage time-based control processes in electrical control panels and industrial systems. The device automates operational processes by energizing or de-energizing connected loads at the end of a preset time period.

Level Control Relay: Accurately monitors the liquid level in tanks filled with conductive liquids for water tanks, treatment plants, wells, pumps, fuel tanks, and all industrial liquid storage systems. If necessary, it ensures that the tank is filled or emptied using pump motors.

Asymmetric Cyclic Timer Relay: These relays allow users to define two separate, independent time periods, continuously switching the output contacts at specified intervals. They maintain this cycle without interruption as long as power is available, ensuring the system operates efficiently. They are used in areas such as ventilation systems, agricultural irrigation, periodic dehumidification, lighting control, circulation pumps, and advertising signs.

Star-Delta Delayed Time Relay: Designed to enable three-phase asynchronous motors to start with low starting current, these relays initially connect the system in a star configuration. Once the start-up time specified by the user is complete, the system automatically switches to a delta connection after a short transition delay, allowing the motor to reach its rated torque.

Thermistor Motor Protection Relay: Thermistor relays are protective devices that monitor data from temperature sensors (PTC) placed in the motor windings in real time, preventing the motor from burning out due to overheating.
