Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
Sigma Automatic Transfer Switches are electromechanical disconnectors that automatically manage the transfer between two power sources. Equipped with an internal electrical interlocking system, they prevent one power source from engaging while the other is active. In the event of an outage in the primary energy source feeding the load, they execute the transfer between the two sources, ensuring uninterrupted power to the system.
With Sigma Automatic Transfer Switches, transfer operations can be performed between Grid-Grid, Grid-Generator, Grid-UPS, Generator-Generator, and similar configurations. They are reliably used in facilities where power interruptions can cause significant financial and operational losses—such as factories, plazas, shopping malls, hospitals, airports, and metro and railway stations.
SATS Series Automatic Transfer Switches with Miniature Circuit Breakers

Protection capability against short circuits and overloads at the main power supply and auxiliary power supply terminals, featuring two built-in miniature circuit breakers with a 6 kA breaking capacity
Reliable protection
Easy installation and operation
SATS Series Automatic Transfer Switches with Moulded Case Circuit Breakers
Rated current up to 800 A
Protection capability against overcurrents at the main power supply and auxiliary power supply terminals, featuring two built-in moulded case circuit breakers with a 36 kA breaking capacity
Overvoltage and undervoltage protection
Configurable options for adjustable undervoltage, adjustable overvoltage, and adjustable transfer delay time
Capability to track voltage and transition time data of the grid and alternative source on the digital display
Function to monitor system faults on the LCD screen
MATS Series Automatic Transfer Switches with Motorized Load Break Switches
Sigma MATS Series Automatic Transfer Switches transfer the load to the backup power source within 2 seconds when the main power source fails. When your main power source is restored, the load is transferred back to the main power source within 2 seconds. Unlike SATS types, MATS types do not perform any thermal-magnetic protection function; therefore, when using MATS type automatic transfer switches, a suitable circuit breaker must also be used.
Rated current up to 3200 A
Easy installation and operation
Reliable protection and cost-effective solution
3-phase and neutral sensitivity
Ultra-Fast Transfer Switch
Offering a much faster response with a transfer time of ≤0.2s compared to standard automatic transfer switches, the New Sigma Ultra-Fast Transfer Switches ensure uninterrupted power supply to loads during a power outage, completely eliminating system downtime. This safeguards the continuity of critical operations while minimizing production losses, data interruptions, and operational risks.
≤0.2s Transfer Time: Provides much faster energy transfer compared to other transfer switches. It prevents any perceptible power interruption in critical areas such as hospitals, data centers, and banks.
RS485 Communication Feature: Enables remote monitoring of electrical parameters, the active power source feeding the system (grid, generator, UPS, etc.), and historical fault records such as phase losses or overvoltage from anywhere, alongside immediate energy transfer via remote command capability.
Built-in LCD Screen Fault Log Monitoring: Allows real-time monitoring of all historical fault records and complete oversight of the event history via the built-in LCD screen on the Ultra-Fast Transfer Switch.
Adjustable Transfer Delay: Voltage fluctuations may occur when power fails or returns. If the transfer switch transitions immediately, these fluctuations can damage electronic devices (motors, drives, computers). Thanks to its adjustable delay feature, the Ultra-Fast Transfer Switch executes the transfer after a specified duration once power returns, protecting your electronic devices.
Fire Protection Function: An emergency stop mechanism that neutralizes electricity as a risk factor in the event of a fire. When a fire signal is transmitted to the Ultra-Fast Transfer Switch via a push button, it switches to the "0" (OFF) position, completely cutting off power from both the grid and backup power sources.
Overvoltage and Undervoltage Protection: The Ultra-Fast Transfer Switch continuously monitors voltage fluctuations in the grid and backup power source. When the voltage goes outside the specified limits, it transfers the power to the other source, preventing damage to electronic devices and extending their lifespan.
Phase Loss Protection: In the event of a phase loss, it instantly transfers power to the other source to prevent motors and devices from drawing excessive current and burning out.
Phase Sequence Error Protection: If the R, S, and T phases are connected incorrectly, it switches power to the other source, preventing motors from rotating in the reverse direction and avoiding faults.
Residential Type Transfer Switch
Sigma Residential Type Transfer Switches offer safe and uninterrupted transition between multiple energy sources in residences and small businesses. They safely perform manual or automatic transfer operations between the grid and a secondary power source.
Thanks to their modular and compact design, Sigma Residential Type Transfer Switches save space within the panel and provide easy mounting. Designed in compliance with high safety standards, Sigma Transfer Switches are a reliable solution for applications where power continuity is critical.
Manual Changeover Transfer Switches
Sigma Manual Changeover Switches safely perform the transfer function between sources manually.
