Causes of unwanted trench in the illegal current protection switch

Sigma Elektrik Causes of unwanted trench in the illegal current protection switch

Illegal current protection switches protect human life against dangerous electrical leakage currents, electrical installation and all devices that work with that installation against the risk of fire.

Why does illegal current protection switchs out?

1) The most common cause is an insulation error that may occur in electrical installation or electrical devices connected to this installation. Insulation errors occur as a result of damage to electrical cable insulators, cable connection terminals are not correctly connected, such as the entering of water/moisture of devices that can be found in a humid/wet environment such as kettle.

5) It is of great importance to create a grounding system in accordance with standards and regulations in order to transmit leakage currents to the soil. A leakage current or error currents in the electrical system must be transmitted to the soil in terms of life and property safety. In electrical installations with high grounding resistance, a part of the illegal current can pass through people as a result of contact and cause unwanted accidents and loss of life.
